Is there an admission fee to shop?

Admission is completely FREE during our two public shopping days! If you’d like to shop during our presale benefitting a local charity, an admission fee may apply (see event schedule for details).

How can I shop during the presale?

All of our sellers and Team Members shop first during our exclusive presale. If you would like to shop first and get the best deals, you can register as a seller and/or Team Member here.

Additionally, if you’re a new parent or grandparent, you can register for our New & Due early access time here.

How can I carry my items while shopping?

While there are a limited amount of large shopping bags for your convenience at each sale, we encourage shoppers to bring a laundry basket, bag, wagon, or stroller to free your arms while shopping.

Can I bring my baby/children to the sale?

Yes! Children are welcome at any of our sales events. Safety is our top priority and our sales are busy. Please keep your children close to you at all times. If your child opens an item, you will be asked to purchase it.

Will everything be half-price on Sunday during the half-price sale?

Our sellers choose whether they’d like to sell their items at a discount at the half-price sale. While most sellers choose this option, some do not. Their tags will reflect, “Discount: No” Any tag that has “Discount: Yes” will be half-price during the half-price sale.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our business and merchandise, all sales are final. No returns. No exchanges.
